- I'm now a presenter on my favorite topic - email - at Catalog University. The classes are available online on a variety of topics including Creative, E-Commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Leadership & Finance. The cost is $24.95 a month to have access to all presentations. Currently, I have two presentations available for online viewing: "Introduction to Email and integration with Social and Mobile" and "How to Effectively Design Your Email Program."
- Join me in person on March 21 at All About Email Live - a one day conference to be held in New York City at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. If you're serious about email, this is a can't miss event.
- On November 10, I presented at the All About Email Virtual Conference and Expo hosted by eM+C. My session was titled "Power Play: Email and Social". The virtual conference is FREE with registration, so grab a cup of coffee and learn from industry experts, visit the interactive exhibit hall, download materials, or exchange ideas with peers in the networking lounge. - The November cover story for Retail Online Integration magazine is 50 Best Tips of 2011. You'll find one of my email tips featured in the email section.
- I teach a 4-day course at NYU as part of their digital certificate program. The next course is held in April and sessions will be on the 27th and 28th and May 4th and 5th. The course is targeted at business professionals who look to increase their skills. - I spoke at the DMA 2011 Annual Conference in Boston on my favorite topic - Email Marketing and Effective Techiques to employ for your program. I'm invited back each year as one of their top rated speakers. If you would like a copy of the presentation, contact me.
- On August 24th, I led a webinar for the DMA and their Business-to-Business Council. I'm very excited about recent advances in business-to-business lead generation. The topic was B-to-B Lead Generation: How to do it Right. I discussed how to score leads so that only highly qualified leads are turned over to sales along with other highly pertinent topics.
- Over the past few years I have expanded my consulting practice to focus on international digital marketing. For two years I've worked with the largest media company in Spain. In addition, I'm working with a company in Brazil.
- In addition to consulting with clients, I've been busy conducting private seminars. Most recently I did an internal training session for The Metropolitan Opera.
- Some recent client projects include mapping out an interactive strategy for a major international media company to significantly boost Internet revenues, helping a not-for-profit client to migrate to a new emarketing platform and plan communications strategies for multiple departments, providing guidance for a major consumer company as they move into co-registration marketing, and developing a lead generation program for a B2B marketer.
- I spoke at the SIPA International Conference last June. The conference is for for-profit subscription newsletter publishers and specialized-information services. My topic covered tips on how to build and grow the size of your email lists.

- And, in my spare time I'm involved with the Direct Marketing Club of New York, a professional organization for direct marketers in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area. I have finished my 2-year term as President of this great organization.
