- I just presented a webinar called "Fill Your Lead Pipeline - With Effective Use of Email Maqrketing" for MCH, a provider of lists and services for businesses and institutions. If you would like to listen to the webinar and view the slides click here.
- I spoke about triggered email messaging at the Retail Marketing Conference in Orlando during May. The session title was "Improve Your Email Results with Must-Have Triggered Messaging Campaigns." This powerful advanced technique allows you to capitolize on recipient behavior, create a real-time dialog and enhance your relationship with your customers. To download a copy, click here.
- Some recent client projects include mapping out an interactive strategy for a major international media company to significantly boost Internet revenues, helping a not-for-profit client to migrate to a new emarketing platform and plan communications strategies for multiple departments, providing guidance for a major consumer company as they move into co-registration marketing, and developing a lead generation program for a B2B marketer.
- I spoke at the SIPA International Conference this June. The conference is for for-profit subscription newsletter publishers and specialized-information services. My topic covered tips on how to build and grow the size of your email lists.

- I taught a 2-day course this summer at the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies. "Email Marketing: The Complete Package" covered all the basics of email marketing.
This fall, I'm teaching a new 4-day course titled "Email Marketing: Integrating Social Media and Mobile Marketing for Optimal Campaign Results." It will be held on October 15, 16, 29 and 30.
- In addition to consulting with clients, I've been busy conducting private seminars. Most recently I traveled to Colorado to consult with Interweave and a few months ago I headed out to Montana for the Governor's Conference on Travel and Tourism.
- And, in my spare time I'm involved with the Direct Marketing Club of New York, a professional organization for direct marketers in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area. I have finished my 2-year term as President of this great organization.
